MECE Sunday performance

Here are pictures/videos from "MECE Sunday", where the kids (three & four year old classes and kindergartners) at Abby's preschool stood up and performed for the Sunday morning church audience and all of us parents. Abby is always full of surprises.... I was worried she might cling to the teachers-not the case. She seemed to like having an audience!

She ended up right in front next to her friend Gabby, because there was no more room on the bleachers, which worked out great for watching Abby "bust a move". :) Enjoy.

I have been trying to post three videos; ofcourse, I am having trouble getting the best one up.....

The art of climbing

So... I think Dean is trying to perfect his climbing skills suddenly. Every time I turn around he is trying to climb on a chair, table or couch. As example, I turned around and found him literally standing in our water fountain out back. Don't ask me how this happened; I am still stunned, as to how he climbed up and in........

Trick or Treat!

We had such a GREAT time on Halloween. We had some friends and family over to the house for trick-or-treating. Dean dressed up for the first time. How stinking cute is he? No pun intended ;)

And... here is our new doggie!! Did you know we have three now! HA- TOTALLY KIDDING! This is the first year that Abby picked out her own costume. She has been talking about being a dog for months, ever since she used to put on a dalmation dog costume at Amanda's Place. She makes a cute little puppy, don't you think?

Here are some pictures of the kiddos trick-or-treating around the neighborhood. Dean was SO funny; I was amazed at how he just followed along with the big kids. He is turning into a really outgoing, independent and funloving little guy. This is the first year that Abby really grasped the idea of knocking on doors, getting candy, and saying thank you. Last year, was a bust, since she had Roseola. I digress....

The people in our neighborhood go all out for Halloween....fun decorations...kids everywhere...people camping out in front of their houses awaiting the arrival of their little "guests"......Halloween music playing outside....real firemen giving out candy, "treats" for both children and grown-ups at some houses.... As example, Grandma Susie and Gaga went back to one house that offered champagne to adult visitors! I am already looking forward to next year!

I wish I could take credit for the apples featured below... I also wish I could take credit for the cuteness of the skunk costume... but I can't!!! Thanks to Brooke, Jeff and Carter for both!

This has got to be my favorite Dean video ever. It just melts my heart!!

Pumpkin patches

We hit two pumpkin patches this year. Here are pictures from our first outing. Dean LOVED the red wagon. LOVED LOVED LOVED it. Santa may have to bring him one this year. ;)

Here are some pictures of Dean. You ask, why aren't there any pictures of Abby? Well, she voiced her opinion that she didn't want her picture taken. On the other hand, look at this boy!! He plopped down in the hay like he was posing for the camera, as one onlooker stated....
