Bree & Abby play

Aunt Barb, cousin Katie and her daughter Bree came from Tampa for a quick overnight visit. They got to meet Dean, and Abby had so much fun playing with her cousin. Bree is an absolute doll-so laid back and sweet! She did a lot of wandering around checking things out and her expressions just cracked me up! Here are some pics... look at Abby's unruly hair in the first picture-- it is finally growing! ;-)

Kisses for Dean

I can't believe Dean is six weeks old!!! Here are some pictures. He is starting to give us smiles and is awake for longer periods of time. Now, if only he would sleep longer stretches during the night, his momma would be one happy lady! ;)






We are so proud of sweet Abby-Lou. She has done a great job so far with the transition to being a big sister. Abby has been giving Dean lots of kisses lately, which we captured below in the first video. She also spontaneously says, "I love you baby Dean", before proudly giving us a big grin. Hopefully, the good behavior continues!!! The second video is for all you Seminoles out there. Start em' young!!!!!!!

Uncle Dan & Gage meet Baby Dean!

Uncle Danny & Gage came to town to meet the Dean-bean, although I am not sure how much time Dan got to spend with his new nephew, as Abby tends to monopolize his time whenever he is around! :) Gage is still in town, and has been a huge help to us. She has been coming over and watching Dean quite a bit, which has given me the chance to take Abby out or just give me a free set of hands to get a few things done! We will miss her when she goes back to NY next week, but she will be returning for winter Thanksgiving weekend :) Here are some pictures from the weekend Dan was visiting.......

Meet Hannah!

Uncle Trent, Aunt Heather, Caroline and Hannah came to Florida for a visit. We got to meet our newest niece Hannah, who was born last April. It was so nice to see her, and for the California clan to meet baby Dean. It was also great for the girls (Caroline and Abby) to play together again. They are so close in age, only about 4 months apart, so that is very special :)

Abby and Caroline spent a lot of time in the pool and Gaga and Papa's hot-tub. Caroline was mesmerized by Abby's flippers, which Abby has started to use during swim lessons to enhance and develop her kick. Caroline enjoyed borrowing the flippers so much that Tye came home from swim with an extra pair for Caroline one day :)





Unfortunately, I was not able to partake in many of the activities while everyone was here, as Dean was only a couple of weeks old and we were still getting our bearings..... Here is one such activity; the gang went to Gumbo Limbo Park in Boca...
